The Retreat will take place in Amity International School, Amsterdamseweg 204

1182HL Amstelveen.

     We will begin on Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. and will end on both days at 5:00 p.m. Please be no later than 8:30 a.m. at the Retreat location.

Clothes:

Please wear comfortable, loose clothes that cover your legs and arms.

     Also please bring clothing in which you can work comfortably, as we will practice working as an active meditation practice.

Cushions:

Please bring a cushion and a matt (or blanket) with you.

Chairs will be available for those who prefer a chair.

Food:

Please bring a vegan/vegetarian offering for lunch with you; we will share lunch buffet style.

You will need to take care for your own breakfast and dinner!

 Accommodation:

If you need support for accommodation, please let me know and I will provide you with information regarding the choices of accommodation that are available to you.
